Current Projects

In the last few years I’ve been interested in how my work is seen: inside gallery space vs. outside site-specific installations. Integrating the various surfaces with lighting opportunities and engagement with how the pieces are seen/interpreted has offered new research and outcomes to support my concept.

In August 2025 I had an exhibition at Please Don’t Mow: An Outdoor Project Space curated by Natalie Petrosky in Akron, OH. A few images from “Dreamy Vacation, Wish You Were Here” are posted below. I continue to be inspired by light and time, color and atmosphere between the spaces, textures and perspectives found within a dedicated field of study. The new work is an ongoing project of following the image through different locations, various weather conditions and documenting the shifts in surface textures as the printed image deteriorates in a given environment.(more soon!)

Cyanotype/Alternative Process Spring 2025

The last year and half has been full of opportunities in making new work, teaching new classes and curating exhibitions. The cyanotype above is printed on watercolor paper using a digital negative from an image taken with a phone. More updates soon! “The Beginning of March”, cyanotype, 2025.
